Lunch Set at L’Atelier

Lunch at L’Atelier treats guests to the same experience as they would have for dinner at the restaurant with smaller or similar size tasting set menus and with more affordable prices.

At lunch, you can choose from the 3, 4, or 5-course lunch set menus. The 3-course menu costs at $498 HKD for a choice of appetizer or soup, 1 main course, dessert (or a cheese plate with a $60 HKD supplement), and coffee or tea with petit fours.

The 4-course menu is priced at $598 HKD which includes both an appetizer and soup along with 1 main course, dessert (or supplemented cheese plate), and coffee or tea with petit fours.

The 5-course menu costs $758 HKD for an appetizer, soup, 2 main courses, dessert or cheese, and coffee or tea and petit fours. To compare with dinner, a similar 5-course tasting menu is priced at over $1,200 HKD.

The best seat at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Hong Kong (or in any other L’Atelier around the world) is at the counter where you can watch the chefs and staff diligently prepare and cook your entire meal.
One of the best bread baskets in the world. It comes out hot from warming in the oven. Each piece is so delicious that you may end up getting full on the bread before the meal even starts. Tip: In order to not get too full from the bread, take home the leftovers and store it in a Ziploc bag (and in the hotel minibar fridge) until you reach home where you can reheat the bread in the oven.
More than an amuse bouche. There is always a complimentary welcome dish. This is a typically a cold, seasonal plate that awakens your palate and hunger for the big meal ahead.
Les Primeurs with fresh goat milk cheese in cannelloni with romesco sauce. A gorgeously decorated appetizer plate meticulously seasoned, garnished and arranged for the guest to enjoy each component.
L'Atelier
L’Agneau with milk-fed lamb cutlets with fresh thyme and eggplant. A must for lamb lovers as this is a succulent, clean cut of lamb cutlets that are perfectly cooked, seasoned, and garnished.
Le Turbot and Les Spaghettis with lobster. L’Atelier also excels in anything seafood as the chefs skillfully cook each protein to perfection.
Mashed Potatoes. Some of the main courses come with a side of mashed potatoes. These are the best and most indulgent as you taste the creamy, butteriness and the perfect smoothness of the potatoes.
Le Chocolat. Dessert also changes seasonally. You can choose between something sweet or add a little more for the cheese plate which comes with another smaller bread basket.
Petit Fours. The enjoyment of this type of dining is the little compliments that are added on to your whole dining experience, including a few more sweet little bites to pair with your coffee or tea.
Coffee, which comes with a side of caramel cognac creamer that beautifully and happily ends the meal.
