Welcome to Foodicles!
Foodicles was created by me, Angela Sibal, in 2008 as a casual food blog. In 2010, after 25 years in the U.S., including a formative 18 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Manila, Philippines. Foodicles transitioned into a food travel blog. After a brief hiatus from the blog in 2015, I am back and inspired by a focused direction – food and luxury travel.
What is luxury travel to me? It’s all about the hotel and resort experience. That feeling of coming home to a clean and comfortable hotel room or suite. As well as that pampering, warm, and unpretentious hospitality.
Additionally, I love food so much that I consider myself a food nerd. It is a deep interest of mine to research food history and in turn, share it with my fellow food lovers. From my culinary explorations and to my dining experiences. From food halls and food markets to restaurants and bars. I cannot stop eating and drinking my way around the world.
