Fast Casual Lunch at Tokyo Bi-Hun in Tokyu Plaza Ginza.

There is so much to see and do in Tokyo, that a quick lunch is ideal. In Japan, a quick lunch does not mean sacrificing taste and quality. For a comforting plate of rice noodles, try out Tokyo Bi-Hun in Tokyu Plaza Ginza.

A Comforting Plate of Japanese Rice Noodles

Bihun means fried rice vermicelli noodles in Japanese. Tokyo Bi-Hun proudly serves Japanese-style rice noodles sautéed with vegetables and toppings of your choice. Toppings include seared sea urchin, Hiroshima oysters, pork belly, shrimp, beef, shredded chicken, minced meat, and vegetables.

Aside from the Japanese ingredients and flavors, you can have Thai-inspired plates of Tom Yam Kung rice or rice noodle which also comes with tom yum soup.

Each plate of noodles comes with a bowl of chicken broth that is so deliciously seasoned. Plates range from 900 to 1,500 yen that is more than filling for one person.

If the large plate of noodles is not enough, you can add-on sides such as salads or a scoop of potato salad. If you want more condiments for your noodles, you can order an additional fried egg, shredded chicken, side of seared uni, and more.

Tokyo Bi-Hun is located on the B2 level of Tokyu Plaza Ginza. The B2 floor of the departure store has a direct underground connection from Ginza Station at the Exit C2.

Seared Uni with a generous serving of sautéed vegetables on top of rice noodles. When you receive the order, you can mix it all together so the flavors blend into the boiled noodles. The uni is actually quite rich but the heat of the chicken broth helps to melt down the delicious flavors.

Tokyo Bi-Hun
A shared portion of the Hiroshima oysters which is also topped with mixed vegetables and pork belly placed on the rice noodles. You can see now that the condiments and noodles are mixed together that the flavors and oils are distributed to the noodles. Of the two dishes, the oysters are a great choice!
