Reviewing the Shake Shack Book

First of all, if you are questioning whether another fast-food chain is better than Shake Shack, you must read this:
8 Reasons Why Shake Shack is Better Than Everyone Else

Now on to the book…

The Shake Shack book starts telling the story from the beginning with the birth of the company was not even intended. It all started as a little hot dog cart for a charitable cause in Madison Square Park. It’s a fascinating story about how humble and passionate businessmen who are sincerely food-lovers expanded the company to what’s now an international success story.

The success of the company took years and dedication to get all the details right. Shake Shack has managed to bring a high-end burger into a casual setting for everyone and defined what “fine casual dining” means today. And they continue to follow through with their philosophy of genuine hospitality.

The book introduces the team, who and what influenced them, and even their sources behind each individual ingredient. They found and continue to find locally sourced suppliers with the same passion for quality and consistency.

On top of all the story telling, you also get tips for food and drink pairing. And recipes! You can learn the techniques and make the burgers, hotdogs, sauces, and desserts all at home!

Certainly for any fan, the Shake Shack book is a must-have to truly appreciate the burger, fries, shakes, custards, wine, beer, and all the way down to the condiments.
