At this point, all gyms, unless they are in your house, are all shutdown. We can’t not exercise for an entire month or more. Cleaning your place helps bring up your daily steps. And the best way to maintain a heart-healthy lifestyle right now is with home workouts. Here are some books and videos to help you:
