Sunday Shopping for Things I’m Watching, Reading & Buying

Introducing Sunday Shopping with Foodicles! This will be a weekly list of recommendations for the shows I’m watching, the books I’m reading or are on my list to read, and the things I’m buying.

Things I’m Watching

Downton Abbey
I’m so late to the game, but with this second wave lockdown I’m all caught up – and I get it. This is a lovely show especially if you are into British culture and period drama. With 6 seasons and a movie, get ready to dedicate a lot of time for binging.

Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy
Love, love, love this food travel show! First of all, Tucci is a fun actor to watch across all genres. And now, he’s sharing his passion and knowledge of Italian cuisine and food history. Be ready to cook or order pasta as you’ll definitely crave it after each episode.

Things I’m Reading (Or Want to Read)

Anything by Stanley Tucci because I’m currently so into his TV series.
The Tucci Cookbook
The Tucci Table: Cooking with Family and Friends
Taste: My Life Through Food

Things I’m Buying

Soap Dispenser Pump Bottles
It’s been well over a year since my last trip, and by now I have finished all my hotel shampoos, conditioners, body washes, and lotions. It’s so weird to hold regular-sized shampoos and body wash bottles. These pump bottles are the best solution! Plus, they give your bathroom a fun, hotel-like look.

Nuts for Nuts
Snacking is going to happen, so why not make it a healthy snack with a handful of nuts full of protein and fiber. I’m really liking this Blue Diamond brand because of its seasoning and use of rice bran oil.

Maintaining the Home
Staying home more means paying attention to all the details of keeping the home clean. And that includes keeping the bugs away – ugh! These baits and brands are highly effective when it comes to keeping your home pest-free.
