It’s Sunday (or Monday or any other day of the week that you may be reading this), and it’s time to go shopping!

This Netflix documentary series is all about food issues in the world today. Admittedly, I’ve only seen one episode because of the topic, and I’m already drawn in. The Peanut Problem talks about peanut allergies and how restaurants may or may not be sensitive to their customers’ life-threatening allergies.
Summer is still going and so is the love for cheese & charcuterie boards. So this week the recommended reading and shopping is just that.
Charcuterie: The Craft of Salting, Smoking, and Curing by Michael Ruhlman
Big Boards for Families: Healthy, Wholesome Charcuterie Boards and Food Spread Recipes that Bring Everyone Around the Table by Sandy Coughlin
Cheese Board and Knife Set, $58.99
Cheese Knives Set, $16.99
