NYE Drinks: Time to Toast to the New Year

Best NYE Drinks for A Celebration.

This year we may not be partying in a crowded street to overlook fireworks or crammed into a bar or club. This year most of us will be toasting to the new year in the comfort of home. Here are some fun NYE drinks to ring in 2021:

The Classic

Cheers with a classic – a glass of sparkling wine, whether that be a premium bottle of champagne, cava, prosecco, etc. There’s nothing like a special glass to give hope to the new year. Learn about which sparkling wine glass is best for your toast: Sparkling Wine Glasses: Which Glass is Best for You?

The Low Key Fun Time

If you don’t want to crack open a whole bottle for the late-night, go for something familiar and low key – like your favorite beer, a hard cider, a Japanese chu-hi, or even as simple as a White Claw.

The Night Cap

If you just want a “one and done” at the top of the hour, you may be the type to have a shot of your liquor of choice, like whisky, tequila, etc.

The Wise Choice for Tomorrow

If you are a lightweight, have a likelihood for hangovers, or simply don’t want to drink-drink, go with a simple drink for the motions of toasting. A warm glass of milk for a good night’s sleep, a smart glass of water to stay hydrated, or a fun sweet toast with sparkling cider or sparkling grape juice.
