When staying at a luxury beachfront resort, one of the highlights of your stay is the beachside dining experiences. At the InterContinental Koh Samui, guests can enjoy all their meals with incredible views of the beach and endless waters. Here are the beachside dining options:
For indoor and outdoor beachside dining, Flames offers guests Thai and European cuisines as well as grilled meats and seafood that perfectly match the setting of the tropical environment. The ideal time to arrive is during the sunset happy hour and as the campfire on the beach lights up the night.
Next to Flames is one of the resort’s main pools. This pool brings most of the guests as it has an ice cream hut, open-air bar, cabanas, and day beds. The pool also has access to the bar with swim-up stools under water.
Amber serves as the resort’s main restaurant where guests can feast on a daily breakfast buffet spread, Thai or Western dishes for lunch and dinner, and theme night dinners three times a week.
A must-see destination for all visitors to Koh Samui. The Air Bar at the InterContinental Koh Samui is one of the most beautiful cocktail venues on the island with its setting perched on the cliffside of the resort’s Taling Ngam beach.
The lobby cafe and bar serves as the ideal venue for meetings or for afternoon tea on a leisurely day. The menu offers light dishes, pastries, and a full bar menu.
