Beachside Dining Options at InterContinental Koh Samui

Beachside Dining Options for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

When staying at a luxury beachfront resort, one of the highlights of your stay is the beachside dining experiences. At the InterContinental Koh Samui, guests can enjoy all their meals with incredible views of the beach and endless waters. Here are the beachside dining options:

Beachside Dining Options at the Intercontinental Koh Samui

Beach Restaurant

For indoor and outdoor beachside dining, Flames offers guests Thai and European cuisines as well as grilled meats and seafood that perfectly match the setting of the tropical environment. The ideal time to arrive is during the sunset happy hour and as the campfire on the beach lights up the night.

Pad See Ew. Thai dishes by the beach are meant for each other. When you are in Koh Samui, you must order pad see ew as the translucent rice noodles are far tastier than in other parts of Thailand
Green papaya salad with grilled chicken breast. Thai meals prove that healthy eating is always delicious. The Thais wonderfully incorporate fresh vegetables in every dish that is packed with flavors dancing on your palate
Indoor and outdoor beach dining by the ocean at Flames. Inside, you can enjoy the fans cooling you off or outside you can enjoy the warm breeze from the ocean waves and the sand on your feet as you dine

Beach Bar

Next to Flames is one of the resort’s main pools. This pool brings most of the guests as it has an ice cream hut, open-air bar, cabanas, and day beds. The pool also has access to the bar with swim-up stools under water.

Ice-Cream Hut by the pool. A fantastic idea to have next to the water! The bar serves as the fun for adults and the ice-cream hut serves as the fun for the kids – and adults-at-heart. Kids can also enjoy the play structure nearby
The pool snacks and bar treats extent out to the beach where guests can be served on their sun loungers’ side tables. These loungers are the perfect place to catch the sun set over the Gulf of Thailand

Main Restaurant

Amber serves as the resort’s main restaurant where guests can feast on a daily breakfast buffet spread, Thai or Western dishes for lunch and dinner, and theme night dinners three times a week.

Air Bar

A must-see destination for all visitors to Koh Samui. The Air Bar at the InterContinental Koh Samui is one of the most beautiful cocktail venues on the island with its setting perched on the cliffside of the resort’s Taling Ngam beach.

Lobby Dining

The lobby cafe and bar serves as the ideal venue for meetings or for afternoon tea on a leisurely day. The menu offers light dishes, pastries, and a full bar menu.
