Cathay Pacific continues to expand and update its ever-popular lounges at Hong Kong International Airport. One lounge closed while another one recently opened. Here is the latest for Cathay Pacific airport lounges in Hong Kong:
Closure: The Cabin
Formerly located near gate 23, The Cabin is now completely closed and reopened as a lounge for another airline. Take note that there are no longer Cathay Pacific lounges in that main central strip between Gates 20 to 36.
Newly Opened: The Deck
Located near Gate 16, The Deck is the newest Cathay Pacific lounge. Its location is completely on the opposite side of The Wing (near Gate 4). The Deck provides a balcony that overlooks the nearby boarding gates with copious natural lighting making it feel more spacious. The lounge offers a limited selection of cold dishes, hot dishes, and a small noodle bar. If you plan to use this lounge and are departing from Gates 20+, account for a little extra time to walk over.

– Noodle Bar
– Teahouse (with high-quality loose leaf teas and Chinese desserts)
– Food Hall (a full buffet spread of Western cuisine)

– Workstations
– Relaxation Room (lounge room with daybeds)
