Foodicles was created by me, Angela Sibal, in 2008 as a casual food blog. In 2010, after 25 years in the U.S., including a formative 18 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved to Manila, Philippines to focus on my travels and blog content around Asia. In 2016, Foodicles revamped into a food & luxury travel blog featuring food travel highlights, luxury hotel reviews, and travel tips.
I consider myself a food nerd with a deep interest in food history. In light of the 2020 global pandemic, Foodicles has currently shifted from travel highlights to featuring food history and food facts.
