Relaxation, thrills, and indulgence

A day trip beyond the city of Singapore can offer relaxation, thrills, and indulgence – a perfect mixture for a leisurely day trip.

The Beach

Take a break from the city and head to the beach. Sentosa Island’s biggest draw for locals is the close access to a relaxing day off on the sandy shores. The island has a stretch of man-made beaches to lay out under the sun and cool off in the waters.

Don’t forget to stop and enjoy the beach. Bring your beach day towel (or borrow one from your hotel) and all the beach day equipment, lay under the sun or shade on one or both of the two beaches within Sentosa Island, and just unwind

The Thrills, Amusement, and More

Aside from the beach, Sentosa Island is also filled with adventurous thrills, Universal Studios, S.E.A. Aquarium (the largest aquarium in the world), and Resorts World (a hotel-casino complex with shops and restaurants). Your day trip from the city will certainly be packed from morning to night.

Sentosa Island is full of outdoor adventure attractions, including a Skyride chairlift up to the starting points for the Skyline Luge. Two luge tracks over 600 meters long take riders down twists and turns
