Mandarin Oriental, Sanya: Rooms, Suites, and Villas

The Rooms

Rooms start at a generous 52 square meters, including a sitting area and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

Every bathroom in the resort is designed with a separate shower and separate toilet. The privacy and space of the toilet area add to the comfortable luxury found in the whole property.

Terrace Rooms include an open-aired entrance foyer looking out to the lush landscaping and pristine gardens. Ocean View Rooms provide a balcony to admire the open skies and the South China Sea views.

While you can feel the age in the rooms, particularly in the crevices and corners of the bathroom, the tropical vibe and natural light within the rooms make up for those nit-picking details.

 

The Suites

Suites include a one-bedroom floor plan and massive balconies or backyards, some of which lead directly down to the beach or into the pools.

Ocean Plunge Pool Pavilions provide a private plunge pool overlooking the beach and ocean. The backyard also includes an outdoor sitting area and a vast green grass backyard.

Ocean View Suites have impressively wide balconies spanning across its two rooms, the bedroom and living room. The suites include a powder room, dining area, and pantry corner in the living room. The bathroom additionally comes with two sinks, a vanity area, and a walk-in closet.

 

The Villas

The two-bedroom two-story villas each come with a private deck and gazebo and a private outdoor lap pool surrounded by gardens with impressive views of the South China Sea.

The villas are located at the end of the property for the ultimate privacy and seclusion from the rest of the resort. Buggy service is provided for all guests, with extra buggies dedicated just for villa guests.

Villa guests are privileged with access to The Cliff. This exclusive lounge serves al fresco cocktails and all-day dining, including complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails.
