Neapolitan Pizzas

The test of a fantastic Neapolitan pizza is in the elements of the Margherita pizza. The charred and chewy crust, the non-acidic Italian tomato sauce, and the milky mozzarella. At Serafina, you have quite a few options of pizzas, as well as a few choices of Neapolitan Margherita pizzas that pass the fantastic Neapolitan pizza test.

Al Dente Pasta

Pizzas come out in minutes (so long as the orders are not backed up). So you can start the meal with pizzas and appetizers, and then have a second course of pasta. Some of the pasta dishes are not as great as others. My favorites are the Penne alla Vodka and Rigatoni alla Bolognese. Both have a wonderful, delicious coating of sauce and remain consistent each visit.
