The hotel is ideally within walking distance from the heart of Madrid and its neighborhoods, like Salamanca. It is also steps away from Mercado San Anton and a selection of quality restaurants, bars, and boutique shops.

The trendy Chueca neighborhood has been home to the four-star luxury hotel since 2013 and continues to exude modern elegance.

Every room in the building has its unique décor incorporating the past and the future, including in the lounges, bars, and restaurants. The structure’s original courtyard still exists as the main lobby lounge highlighted with a glass-covered ceiling.

 

Dining at the Hotel

The hotel features an all-day breakfast menu which guests can enjoy a la carte from 7am onwards with an option for take away. Inside the YOUnique Restaurant serves modern Spanish cuisine for lunch and dinner.

Throughout the lounges, a short tapas menu compliments the premium selection of wines and artisan beers from the two bars located on opposite ends of the hotel.

The Rooms and Suites

Only You Boutique Hotel provides Spanish warmth and hospitality with details as refined as five-star hotels, including daily turn-down service at the end of the night.

The four-star boutique hotel offers 70 individually decorated rooms and suites, starting with the Deluxe Room with 22 square meters for as low as 145€. There are eight suites throughout the four floors, and some are as large as 50 square meters, each with a different floor plan.
