Out of the 10 pieces on your tiered afternoon tea set, 6 are sweet, including edible flower eclair, lemon tarte, raspberry remington, cherry macaron, raisin cookie, and rhubarb tarte. The sweet bites feature the best of their afternoon tea and highlights of the country’s seasonal fruits

Gorgeous and impressive presentation of every single piece. For example, the cherry macaron is not just a cherry macaron. The inside is filled with lemon curd, and the top is topped with a fresh cherry

Saving the best for last. My favorite of all the bites was this lemon tarte which was a perfect amount of sweet with the extra tartness from the lemon. Then, along with the taste, the texture of the crust is beautifully crispy and crumbly
